RESTORATION PROJECTS:.
Completed August - December '06 ... a 1985
CHEVROLET GREENWOOD CORVETTE COUPE,
Nostalgic / SCCA Racer for track/show. Project
included engine rebuild port/polish heads, CAM
shaft, etc ... Cold air package / RAM air ... retro-
fitted the ZR1 6-speed transmission ... restored
the powder-coat ZR1 wheels ... installed
under-car aerodynamics / air ducting ...
completed a bare fiberglass chemical strip /
black-tinted primer (see photos) / jet-black base
coat/clear coat, high tech finish - very slippery.
Please note that you do not need to have a
vehicle such as the CORVETTE RACE CAR or a
high-end LAMBORGHINI / FERRARI or a see by
the silver & red CHRYSLER FIFTH AVENUE on
which we did a light restoration, it's YOUR car -
beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
We also completed the 1988 LAMBORGHINI
JALPA on which we completed a COLOR
change (RED to WHITE), including a COMPLETE
CHEMICAL STRIP and REPAINT, including
door/engine cover/boot jambs. Absolutely
MAGNIFICENT finish!!!!!
Next a 1966 MERCEDES-BENZ 230SL EURO
(converted by us to U.S.A. EPA & DOT) SPEC car
which received a full RESTORATION ... BODY /
ENGINE / COMPLETE DRIVE TRAIN / INTERIOR/
CANVASS TOP (GERMAN HOPICH CLOTH).
Also, a MERCEDES-BENZ 300SE nut and bolt
restoration.
Finally, a FERRARI 360 CHALLENGE CAR
insurance collision repair & a 328 GTS respray!
